Yes men
======================
A common trap that befalls many who rise the ranks is that they
surround themselves with yes men.
Whether it's intentional or not, the effects are there.
Boosting of the ego and a LOT of blind spots.
It helps to have people in your life who view some things differently.
It's too easy to get accustomed to our own "glasses" so to speak.
We need that refreshing, differing point of view to help broaden our own.
To help us see things we never would've before.  
To put our own view in proper perspective.
There's not enough time in a person's lifetime to ponder all the different
points of view.
Each person invests in a tiny portion of those views and together, we can
help put together the bigger picture.
