Get up and exercise

It surprises me how many people do not exercise.
I won’t judge you if you don’t, but I’m sure if I asked
you why you don’t, you’d come up with a splurge of
excuses.
The thing about exercising is it does so much for
that 30 minutes to an hour of time you sacrifice.
It enhances your mood helping reduce
stress or helping cope with it.. It helps prevent diseases
such as heart disease and prevents stroke. It reduces
chances of type II diabetes which is increasing.
All you need is an effective 30 minutes to an hour and
to be consistent. Don’t just do it for one day and then
take off the next 3 months. Put it into your schedule
and take care of yourself.
Get up and exercise!
