What we think and feel about ourselves becomes
the way that we treat ourselves whether it is
in high esteem or poorly.
It is more common for people to reflect on
all the mistakes, the things that didn't go right,
the stuff that didn't get done.
It's bad conditioning.
You're reinforcing some pretty negative things about yourself by
doing that.
Make it a point to add daily to your list of what you've done
and accomplished. Put dates, put positive results that
came about and keep adding to it daily.
When you do this, you reinforce you're a person of action and
you focus on all the great things that have come about because
of that.
That's what you want to dwell on.
Build yourself up.
