a tendency to always beat ourselves up for it?

Yet, when we do something right, we don’t give
ourselves praise or praise ourselves enough.

Consistently applying either one of these will
determine the outcome of how you see yourself.

If you do something right or do something great
whatever the accomplishment may be, you need
to give yourself credit and reinforce it.

Soon enough you’ll constantly be seeking
